Hostal Juanita - Ibiza città

La terrazza sulla città dove venivano serviti la colazione e il brunch oltre all'aperitivo. La ragazza che la gestisce è degna si nota.

Da dove iniziare??? Camera tipo ripostiglio angusta, piccola, senza armadio, sporca, con bagno esterno e troppo costosa..dato che non vi è alcun comfort! Bisogna essere fortunati..e non capitare nella camera che ci hanno riservato..spero che le altre camere fossero migliori!! Oltretutto..la colazione era compresa solo per una persona..nonostante la prenotazione fosse per due. In hotel..altre persone si sono lamentate di quanto suddetto.

Tutto. Partiamo dal fatto che si trova su vari piani, non ha ascensore e bisogna portare le valigie a mano su delle scale strettissime. Costa come un hotel a 5 stelle e ti ritrovi in un ostello della gioventù. Ho prenotato una camera doppia/matrimoniale e mi sono ritrovato in un loculo con letto a castello per bambini. La stanza era cosi stretta che non si riusciva a rimanere in piedi in due contemporaneamente. Il pezzo forte è stato il bagno in comune con tutte le altre camere dell'albergo...( Ovviamente trovato sporco ). evitatelo.

Ho prenotato una stanza e me ne sono ritrovata un'altra. Credo che abbiano dei problemi con la prenotazione via booking.

La camera singola senza bagno in camera è un incubo. Un loculo, no aria condizionata, no frigo, no tv. Finestra molto piccola che da su in piccolo cortile interno e senza possibilità di scuri. La posizione che per chi non ha mezzi potrebbe essere un vantaggio per quanto mi riguarda ècstato uno svantaggio per parcheggiare la macchina presa a noleggio; su 5 giorni 4 multe da 90 euro!

Ottima posizione, centrale ma cmq ben collegata al resto dell'isola. Anche il parcheggio, nonostante sia pubblico a pagamento, è risultato comodo e facile da trovare. Struttura nuovissima, personale cortese e disponibile. Nonostante il bagno fosse in comune (da dividere con un'altra camera - poi risultata vuota) non ci sono stati problemi di spazio, pulizia o comfort. Ottima la terrazza con vista panoramica, attrezzata per la colazione / pasti.

Forse non leggendo attentamente la descrizione, abbiamo avuto una camera con letto a castello, estremamente piccola, e bagno in comune... Cmq il rapporto qualità prezzo era buono. Struttura nuovissima, ancora in fase di ultimazione (a Settembre 2012): purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato negli unici due giorni in cui I muratori hanno dovuto usare trapano e martello, svegliandoci...un po' troppo presto per un posto in cui si usa andare a letto all'alba!

the receptionist was a lady very nice and good to help solving problems. The comon bathroom where well restructured and confortable.

I was not possible to close the curtains, the room window was looking at an internal patio and all the people staying in the other bedrooms could look inside mine, especially during the nigh when lights where on.

Impeccably clean and welcoming. Great internet speed connection and great, responsible staff.

No airconditioning in some rooms. It can get verrry hot but they have a fan that does the job.

Very clean room, very helpful staff, everything was in order and it was right in the city center.

Because it is really hot in Ibiza, the ceiling fan didn't help that much. Also during the day at reception everybody knew english and very helpful, at night receptionists were low on English.

The only thing good about the hotel was the location.

There's no elevator (they say that exists a terrace on the 5th floor, but there's no elevator!!!). The staff was not prepared to give basic information about Ibiza. When we arrived, the air conditioned was broken, so they put a fan in our room, and didn't even offered a small compensation for that (one of the reasons for us to have booked an expensive suite was precisely the air conditioned). Very expensive for the conditions and staff see and act like if it were an hostel and not an hostal!!!

you can get a bus from there to anythere you like its near the old city and the port

There is no elevator to go up you have to carry lugge 4-5 floors Small and hot rooms

Great location, friendly staff, especially the "upstairs crew". Nicest place to eat breakfast in Ibiza.

Bit noisey, but it is in the middle of Ibiza!

Beautifully presented small hotel, very clean and minimilist. Surrounded by great shops and a 5 minute walk to the port and walled city, and many many great restaurants and bars. Staff were very relaxed, friendly and very helpful. Have a drink on the fantastic roof terrace, great service and comfy day beds. Perfect for people on a budget who want something special.

Very warm-as there is only a fan in the room,no dustbin. Also I was not aware it was a shared bathroom and construction work still going on- Booked.net should point out that the hotel is not completely ready,neither is the rooftop. Unfortunately the building works start at 9 am and is noisy. This I beleive should all finish soon though. Also there was dust on the stairs and and health and safety is an issue as I slipped and fell on the stairs on the way down from the excess dust on the stairs and bruised myself.

unfortunatelly I was ill while I was there but the Staff was so nice they checked on me, brought me medicine and water, let me rest on the beautyful sunroof and where very helpful with everything. The rooms and the bathrooms are very cute all in white new and modern beach look, I definitely will go there again ;-)
